By downloading, installing, or using SteadiDay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. SteadiDay is designed for adults 50 and older.

2. Description of Service

SteadiDay is a free wellness and safety app for adults 50+ that helps you:

• Track medications and receive reminders
• Manage daily tasks, appointments, and calendar events
• Monitor health and wellness metrics via Apple Health
• Track food and water intake
• Contact emergency contacts quickly with one-tap SOS
• Use helpful tools like magnifier, flashlight, and Find My Car
• Enjoy mind break games and relaxation activities

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The app is designed for general wellness and organizational purposes only
• Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
• Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this app
• Medication reminders are convenience tools, not replacements for professional care
• The Emergency SOS feature is a convenience tool that contacts your trusted contacts — it does not replace calling 911 or your local emergency services

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate medication, health, and contact information in the app
• Keeping your device and app PIN secure
• Using the app in compliance with applicable laws
• Ensuring your medication schedules and health information are current
• Backing up your device regularly (SteadiDay data is included in your iPhone backup)

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the app's source code.

5. Pricing and Future Changes

SteadiDay is currently free with all features included. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. If we do:

• We will provide advance notice before any pricing changes take effect
• Core safety features (Emergency SOS, Trusted Contacts) will remain free
• Existing functionality you are already using will not be removed without notice
• Any paid features will be billed through the Apple App Store according to Apple's policies

6. Intellectual Property

SteadiDay and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• The app design, code, and content are owned by SCM Solutions LLC
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• User-generated content (your data) remains your property
• We use your data only to provide app functionality on your device

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app
• We are not responsible for missed medication reminders, health outcomes, or data loss
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (currently $0)

This limitation applies to all claims, including negligence.

8. Termination

You may stop using SteadiDay at any time by uninstalling the app. Upon uninstallation, all your data stored in the app is removed from your device.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may stop using the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, except where prohibited by law. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
